Matt Simeone is the Founder and Managing Partner of Riverton Partners and has provided executive recruiting, talent acquisition, and organizational development professional services to clients for three decades.

 

Matt has led hundreds of retained executive recruiting engagements for Board Directors, C-level executives, and senior leadership across all functional areas.  His practice spans public, private, and family office clients.

 

Prior to founding Riverton Partners, Matt held business unit, commercial, and professional services leadership positions for global corporations, private capital backed early stage companies, and executive recruiting firms.  Matt earned his M.A. from Brown University and his B.A. from Lafayette College.
